Les Mills

The Les Mills brand has been known for decades as an industry leader in group exercise. Composed from science and creativity, Les Mills workouts give you cutting-edge training along with a lot of fun and inspiration. The YMCA of Greater Spartanburg partnered with Les Mills in summer 2016, becoming one of thousands across the country to offer these quality choreographed classes.

Les Mills Programs

We see the value in so many Les Mills programs. We hope to develop a solid base for current programs and then add new ones to the roster - all in an effort to please members and provide well-rounded fitness options.

New Releases

Each quarter our Les Mills-certified instructors receive a "new release," bringing members new moves and music, keeping the challenges coming and the motivation fresh. Release Months are January, April, July and October. Most Release Months, the YMCA offers a special Les Mills Launch as a member appreciation event.
