Personal Training is designed to enhance physical fitness and meet a participant's personal wellness goals through one-on-one training. Each personal training session is an hour long. A nationally certified personal trainer will design an individual fitness plan geared to your specific needs. Each session includes the latest training techniques to maximize your results and motivate you to reach your goals.

New personal training clients must complete initial paperwork. Completed forms and payment must be submitted prior to beginning personal training. Three forms are required:

Why did you choose to become a personal trainer? I wanted to share my passion for health and wellness with others, help them reach, and go beyond their fitness goals.  By implementing functional fitness workouts into their routine, I am able to increase each individual member’s capability to perform activities of daily living.

Why did you choose to become a personal trainer?
I chose to become a trainer to do more than just help people get in shape, but to build a healthy lifestyle, to regain their confidence, and feel good about themselves.

Caroline does individual personal training and specializes in bridal boot camp, strength training basics, heavy lifters training, women on weights, and weight loss small group training.

Why did you choose to become a personal trainer?
I love to see people grow, I love to see them get stronger and healthier, improving their quality of life. I love to see them push past what they think they can achieve and I love being a part of that growth and seeing the look of gratification in their face when they reach the goals they thought were unachievable.
