Atticus, who has been with the Y for 13 years, leads the R.I.S.E program, which is a fun program for adults with special needs that includes structured exercise, fellowship, aquatic activities, community service activities and field trips!

R.I.S.E. is a new program for adults with special needs age 21 and older high school certificate of attendance. 

R.I.S.E. stands for Recreation, Inspiration, Service, Exercise

We have created this fun program for adults with special needs to include structured exercise, fellowship, aquatic activities, community service activities and field trips!

Tuesdays & Thursdays 1:00 - 3:00 pm*

1:00—Group Exercise Class

2:00—Recreational Activity

*Cultural enrichment & field trips may be  offered outside of normal class days/times.

Y Members—$100 per month

Non Members—$150 per month

Punch Card—$120 per month
