The Thomas E. Hannah Family YMCA Health Expo will take place from 9:00 am- 1:00 pm and then again from 5:30 pm – 7:30 pm on Monday, February 24th.

The expo is for YMCA Members who are 13 years old and older.

We will include several health care and wellness stations as well as some fun exercize and diet stations.

Please wear something comfortable as we will conduct step tests, mobility tests, and in-body analysis.

No fee for this fun day of education and learning.
