Youth Fitness

Our youth programs follow the YMCA four core values, caring, honesty, respect & responsibility. Class goals enhance fitness, coordination and socialization in a safe, fun environment. The focus is on gross and fine motor skills, balance, strength and flexibility. We use a variety of equipment including balls, parachutes, mats, bean bags and hula hoops. We provide classes for youth ages 1 year through the teens. Some of our youth activities may include movement to music, dance, martial arts and yoga. Home School PE

Home School Swim and Gym offers an opportunity for home school children ages 5-12 to achieve physical development goals through aquatic and physical activity and instruction. 


This class involves physical activities for your child & you! Using a combination of balls, mats, balance beams, fun music, etc. you and your child will enjoy exercising together! A great opportunity to teach your little one the importance of exercise at a young age!

Middle Tyger YMCA (Ages 1-4) Fridays 10am; Free for YMCA members/ $10 per child for non members.

New Impact

A treatment program for overweight and obese kids (BMI of 85% or above) and their families. Click here to learn more!
