We are ready to reach new heights with our 30′ tall Climbing Wall at our WILLIS ROAD YMCA.

Our Staff are ready to host your next Great Indoor Birthday Parties, Special Events, Team Building Activities, and Much More.

Rockwall Policies

1. Unsupervised Climbing is limited to bouldering only.
2. Climbers who are bouldering must stay below the blue line.
3. Belayed climbing is only allowed during Scheduled/Supervised times.
4. Shoes are required at all times. Climbing shoes are recommended.
5. Food and beverages are not allowed in the climbing space.
6. Dangling jewelry, watches, rings, bracelets, excessively loose clothing, gum, candy, and other items in pockets must be removed when climbing or belaying.
7. Do not walk around or under any active climbers or belayers.
8. Do not enter the climbing area unless you are climbing or belaying.
9. Remember the YMCA’s Core Values – Caring, Respect, Honesty, and Responsibility.

Climbing is an assumed risk. Climbers must agree to follow all policies and procedures of the facility, including those outlined above and any communicated by YMCA staff. Failure to follow all of the required polices and procedures may result in loss of climbing privileges.

A Birthday Party at the Y is the best to celebrate your big day!  Book your party asap to secure your time!

All Parties include: (2 hour max limit)

• 1-hour in the pool
• 1-hour in the Party Room or Patio
• Tables, chairs and trash receptacle for clean up are provided
• And lots of fun!

Member Rate:

Guests up to 15 $150

Guest up to 20 $225

Non-Member Rate:

Guests up to 15 $225

Guest up to 20 $300

What to expect on the day of your party:

You may arrive 10 minutes before your party time to set up the “party room” (cake and refreshments can be served in a separate room following the pool portion as NO food is allowed in the pool). You are responsible for supplying any food, drink, paper products, utensils, candles and matches as well as any decorations. Guests should arrive at the front lobby at the start of the party. There is a 2 hour limit split between 60 minutes of free-play and then 60 minutes in the community room or patio if weather permits for refreshments and gifts.

Additional Party Information:

For the most successful party, please ensure that there is a minimum of one parent to supervise children at the party at all times.

All guests participating must sign a General Use Waiver to be given to the front desk. There will be extra waivers onsite but please email these with your invite to guests. The form must be signed by the parents of the children who are participating.

Parents are encouraged to participate with the children during the party and are required to supervise their safety.

Extra guard information: If you will have over 25 children in the party you will need to pay for an extra guard.
