Our nationally certified trainers will work with you to develop a customized fitness program to help motivate you to reach your fitness goals. The program combines strength training, cardiovascular and flexibility exercises.

Looking for sport specific training? Let our personal trainers help! Get sport specific with your personal trainer. Sport-specific training focuses on performance enhancement and injury prevention. This training is scheduled on an individual basis and is based on your specific needs and goals.

Gift Certificates are available.

Cancellation Policy: Clients are responsible for informing their trainer 24 hours in advance if they are unable to make a scheduled session. Make up session will be given on a case by case basis.

Payment Policy: All sessions must be paid for in full in advance prior to the initial session with trainer. Paid sessions expire 6 months after the date of purchase. No refunds.
