Empowered Motherhood
Empowered Motherhood is designed to support women through every stage of pregnancy and beyond with safe, effective, and intentional movement. Led by Dawn, a Prenatal and Postnatal Fitness Specialist with an extensive background in Women’s Health and Public Health Nursing, this program helps mothers build strength, improve posture, restore balance, and feel confident in their changing bodies. Child Watch is included, making it easier for moms to focus on their wellness during class.
Postpartum Foundations

Postpartum Foundations is a full-body postpartum workout that helps rebuild strength and address muscle imbalances created by pregnancy, using a series of traditional and corrective exercises.

Prenatal Power
Join us for Dawn’s Prenatal Power Demo on December 13th at 10:00am in the Thomas E. Hannah YMCA Multipurpose Room!
Prenatal Power is a full-body prenatal workout with safe modifications for all three trimesters. This class uses controlled, low-impact movements to strengthen every major muscle group without adding unnecessary stress to your joints or energy levels. Corrective exercises and mobility work are woven throughout to support posture, stability, and overall comfort during pregnancy.
