Health & Wellness at the YMCA OF GREATER SPARTANBURG

Build strength, improve wellness, and connect with your community at the YMCA of Greater Spartanburg. With locations at Thomas E. Hannah YMCA (Downtown Spartanburg), Willis Road YMCA (West Spartanburg), and Middle Tyger YMCA (Duncan), we offer programs designed to help people of all ages stay active and healthy.

Build strength, improve endurance, and stay active at the YMCA of Greater Spartanburg. From high-energy Y-ROX functional fitness training to group fitness classes like Barre, RPM, Yoga, Zumba, Y360 Barre, and Red, White & Zumba, the Y offers fitness programs for every age, ability, and goal.

This 4th of July, the Thomas E. Hannah Family YMCA and Willis Road Family YMCA will be open 7:00 AM–1:00 PM, with special holiday fitness classes to help you start Independence Day strong.
