Our wellness staff at the YMCA is caring, competent, and experienced. They are here to serve you, and they will guide and support you through our wide range of health and wellness programs, so you can find the regimen that fits your lifestyle. When you begin your fitness journey at the YMCA, you’ll see that support doesn’t end with our staff; you’ll meet other supportive people who will become part of your exercise support team and turn in to lifelong friends. Group Exercise

A fun and effective exercise experience in a supportive group setting.

Beast Mode

Group Exercise at the Y


A bi-weekly box of produce that contains 9 to 12 varieties of seasonal and mostly regionally grown fruits and vegetables. Recipes included and on average, the food box contains 15 to 20 pounds of produce. Yum!

Personal Training

Our certified trainers will work with you to develop a customized fitness plan to help you reach your fitness goals.


Massage techniques includes Deep Tissue, Pregnancy, Swedish, Hot Stone, Sports, and Clinical Range-of-Motion.
