Construction is underway to build a free-standing Youth Development Pavilion in memory of Rob Chapman on the Thomas E. Hannah Family YMCA property.

Rob Chapman was a visionary community leader and a dear friend to the YMCA. We are excited to be able to honor Rob’s memory with a project that will deepen the Y’s capacity to impact the Spartanburg community.

Many of Rob’s friends and colleagues have already contributed to this project, and we would like to invite everyone who was connected with Rob to consider becoming a part of this project by giving a gift in Rob’s memory.

We broke ground on December 19, 2018, and we expect to open the new facility during the summer of 2019. If you would like additional information, please contact Cassie Lloyd at the YMCA at 864-585-0306, ext 103.

Checks can be made payable to the YMCA of Greater Spartanburg at 151 Ribault St., Spartanburg, SC 29302.
