Course aims:  prepare participants for a lifeguard certification course with the confidence of knowing they are ready.  Provide a time to practice in water skills and ask questions about becoming a lifeguard.  Learn about the most up-to-date American Red Course Lifeguard courses that can be taken here at the Y!

• Must be 15 years old to participate in pre-course
• No certification is earned with this program
• In-water skills are practiced – bring a suit and towel!
• Connect with a Lifeguard Instructor who can help you prepare for the lifeguard course!
• Ask questions, and see if you are ready to be a LIFEGUARD!
