Home School PE
Home School PE meets on Wednesday at the Thomas E. Hannah Family YMCA.
Parents are to drop off their children at the YMCA to begin class at 1:00 pm.
From 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm participants take part in a physical fitness class that includes warm up, stretch, basic strength and endurance, and dynamic warm up. Each week students also work on sports skill development by learning the basics of basketball, soccer, pickleball, volleyball, golf, or another sport.
From 2:00 pm – 3:00 pm participants take part in a guided swim lesson based on skill and ability.
Parents are to pick up children from the swimming pool area by 3:00 pm.
