If the answer is YES, then this class can help YOU increase shoulder mobility with effective stretching and strengthening exercises geared toward your fitness level.
Mobility Screening will test the following range of movement:
- Internal/External Rotation
Stretching & Strengthening Exercises will assist the following muscles:
- Anterior Deltoids
- Medial Deltoids
- Posterior Deltoids
