Join Couch to 5K and be transformed to walk, jog or run your first 5K road race if you choose! Meet once a week and complete workouts on your own throughout the week provided by your coach.

Start Date:   Monday, April 4th

Time:  5:30-6:30pm

Ages:   Open to Adults & Ages 10+

Cost:    $20 – Register on or by April 3rd  |  $25 – Register after April 3rd
