February: Using Music to Reduce Stress
Join us on Friday, February 27th, at 2:00 PM for a special session of the Healthy Living Series focused on music therapy for stress management, led by Forrest Paquin, LPMT, MT-BC. This educational session will explore how music therapy supports stress reduction, emotional regulation, and overall well-being. Participants will learn how music impacts the nervous system and how evidence-based music therapy techniques can be applied in everyday life.
Forrest Paquin is a board-certified music therapist who offers individualized and group-based, evidence-informed care. She brings years of experience delivering integrative music therapy in medical, community, and wellness settings, supporting individuals with stress, anxiety, pain, and coping challenges. Forrest collaborates with community partners and interdisciplinary professionals to provide person-centered, holistic support.
