Join the Couch to 5k program to walk, jog or run your first 5K Race! Meet once a week, complete workouts on your own throughout the week provided by your coach and finish with a 5K Race.  

If you have questions about running, you’re not alone. Find out the answers to your questions and more during this 8 week educational and active class!

Time:  5:15-6:15pm

Ages:   Open to Adults & Ages 10+

Cost:    $55 – Register on or by Sept 30th  |  $60 – Register after Sept 30th

*Meet Mon 5:15-6:15pm Oct 3rd-Nov 21st (Final 5K Race-11/24 a.m.)
