NFL FLAG is the premier youth flag football league for boys and girls ages 6-14. The program provides young players a fun and exciting opportunity to engage in non-contact, continuous action while learning life lessons in teamwork.

BASIC INFO

• Co-ed, all abilities and skill levels welcome
• Players are split into five divisions: U8| U10 | U12 | U14
• Utilizing the NFL Flag Football Rules and Standards for 5 on 5 play
• Practices are on Mondays or Tuesdays, 1-hour between 5PM – 8PM
• Games are on Wednesdays or Thursdays, 45 Minutes between 5PM – 8PM
• Players must wear a mouth guard, shorts without pockets, and cleats
