Youth Track

Our Youth Track program is designed for athletes ages 5–17 and focuses on teaching the fundamentals of running in a fun, supportive, and age-appropriate environment. Participants will work on developing speed, endurance, coordination, and confidence while learning proper running mechanics and healthy training habits.

Athletes practice once per week and participate in track meets throughout the spring season. Whether your child is brand new to track or looking to build on existing skills, this program emphasizes personal growth, effort, and enjoyment of the sport—helping each runner build confidence both on and off the track.
