Beast Mode Spartanburg is bringing families together for a one-of-a-kind fitness and community experience with Beast Mode: Family Edition, a fun, high-energy competition designed for parent-child teams to move, laugh, and grow stronger together. This special event blends friendly competition with meaningful connection. Teams will rotate through a series of age-appropriate fitness challenges that encourage teamwork, communication, and perseverance.

After the competition, families will come together for a community potluck, creating space for fellowship, celebration, and connection. This is more than a workout. It’s an opportunity to build memories, model healthy habits, and strengthen family bonds.
