Freestyle swimming for the purpose of competing in a triathlon for beginners all the way to advanced. The class will be broken up into like ability levels with different workouts for beginners and more challenging workouts for intermediates and advanced. During the workout, athletes will receive feedback on stroke mechanics and technique.
