Personal Training


Personal Training is designed to enhance physical fitness and meet a participant’s personal wellness goals through one-on-one training. Each personal training session is an hour long. A nationally certified personal trainer will design an individual fitness plan geared to your specific needs. Each session includes the latest training techniques to maximize your results and motivate you to reach your goals. We offer Small Group Training as well.

NEW! Aquatic Personal Training

A half hour, one on one personal training session in the water using a variety of equipment and workouts. No swimming experience required.  Instructor will work to the level/goals of each participant.  This is not a swimming lessons – for those please register for swimming lessons.
