Middle Tyger Triathlon

Registration is now open for the Middle Tyger Triathlon/Duathlon on June 1, 2013. Start training now; this is a perfect opportunity for first-timers and seasoned triathletes to compete in a USAT sanctioned event. Distances are 400m swim, 14mi bike, 5k run. Many thanks to our major sponsor, Orthopedic Associates.

Potluck Dinner for Cancer Awareness

On Monday, June 10 at 6:00 pm we will be hosting a group of young cyclists with a group called 4K for Cancer who are riding across the country this summer to promote cancer awareness.  They will be staying overnight at Y’s across the country and have asked us to provide them with dinner and a place to sleep. Please help us welcome these dedicated young people by bringing a covered dish and celebrating their stories of cancer survival.
