Ages 9–17
Help your teen build confidence, strength, and healthy habits in a fun, coach-led environment. Each session blends athletic conditioning with age-appropriate training techniques—perfect for student-athletes and teens who just want to enjoy moving their bodies.
What to expect:
Dynamic warm-up
Plyometrics
Resistance training
Cardio/HIIT intervals
Cool down & guided stretching
Great for: sports conditioning, cross-training, and overall fitness.
