Help your teen build confidence, strength, and healthy habits in a fun, coach-led environment. Each session blends athletic conditioning with age-appropriate training techniques—perfect for student-athletes and teens who just want to enjoy moving their bodies.

What to expect:

  • Dynamic warm-up

  • Plyometrics

  • Resistance training

  • Cardio/HIIT intervals

  • Cool down & guided stretching
